Bernard and Claudia Urban offer a warm welcome at
their family run restaurant in the heart of Andlau. In the traditional
Alsatian
setting of the cosy dining room, you will enjoy Bernard’s cuisine while
Claudia
makes you feel at home.

12 - 2 pm and 6.30 - 9 pm
The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings and Mondays year round.

finish with a homemade walnut liqueur or a Jamaican coffee?
Weather permitting, enjoy of the
peaceful, shady
patio, with its flowers and pretty courtyard decorated with antiques.















An extensive wine list is offered (by
the glass,
pichet or bottle). The wine list includes the Grands Crus of Andlau:
Kastelberg, Moenchberg and Wiebelsberg, as well as regional, French
wines and
wine from around the world, to compliment your meal.
Choose from the
“Winstub” specialities, combining
authentic flavours and traditional local cooking methods. Foie Gras,
Tripe in
Riesling, breaded Veal’s head, Apple Strudel, not forgetting the
inimitable
“Val d’Eléon” Sauerkraut, to name but a few.
Everything is made using
fresh produce, grown locally
and from the local market. The menu is updated according to the season,
with
the specials board including asparagus in spring, game and mushrooms in
autumn.
We are also proud to offer
dishes from around the
world including roasted duckbreast with mango and exotic berries,
flambéed
scampi with ginger, Spanish black pork, Rougail Seychelles
style...
In summer on the terrace
enjoy a selection of generous
salads, meat skewers and Tartares.
A personalised menu
can be prepared for a family meal,
business lunch or special occasion.
